Plot[]
Bobby is in charge of putting together a carnival at Tom Landry Middle School, but a school-appointed diversity counselor changes it into a dour school assembly about historical and systemic racism.
Meanwhile, Lucky's hand gets mangled playing with a Frisbee made of barbed wire. He is more concerned about going to the hospital to get it treated than he is about the hand, and he evades capture by Hank and the guys. Finally, drunk on cheap mouthwash, he stops resisting and lets himself get taken to the ER.
