Sunny Edmunds is a librarian who reluctantly agreed to Peggy Hill's request to go on a date with Bill Dauterive. She only appears once in the Season 7 episode "The Fat and the Furious".

Peggy talked to Sunny and convinced her to go on a date with Bill at a restaurant. The night of the dinner, Peggy and Hank were driven by Bill to Sunny's house to pick her up. Peggy told Bill not to order chicken at dinner since Sunny was terrified by birds. As she went to get Sunny, Bill told Hank that he changed their dinner reservations to Pea Soup Swenson's to show off his eating talents. At the restaurant, Bill drank 7 bowls of soup to impress her since eating 10 bowls in a row would make their meals free. As Bill drank another bowl, Sunny glared at Peggy, berating her for lying to her for claiming that Bill was a "fat George Clooney." Disgusted by Bill's eating, she grabbed her purse and left the restaurant, but Bill thought she was just going to the bathroom at first.
