The small claims judge oversees small claims court at the Heimlich County Courthouse in Heimlich County, Texas. He only appears in the Season 5 episode "The Trouble with Gribbles".

Little is known about the judge, including his name. He is a Caucasian man with short brown hair and a mustache. He wears glasses and a black judge's robe with a white collared shirt and dark gray tie.

He oversaw Dale Gribble's claim against Manitoba Tobacco Corporation. When Dale filed a $5,000 suit against the Manitoba Tobacco Corporation for responsibility of the alleged deterioration of Dale's marriage due to secondhand smoke, Toblik showed up to the Heimlich County Courthouse as Reynolds Penland's representative. Entering the courtroom, Toblik introduced himself to the small claims judge and showed the latter a document confirming the case's removal from state court to federal court, much to Dale's worry. The judge is never seen or mentioned in the series again.
