Shiney Pines Trailer Park (also referred to as Shadey Pines Trailer Park and Shadey Pines Mobile Estates) is a trailer park community where Luanne Platter previously resided with her parents. Shadey Pines is located south of the eastern part of Arlen, north of Lake Arlen, and on the opposite side of town from Little Laos and the quarry, according to Peggy's map in the episode, "Board Games".

Season 2[]
Luanne and her mother used to reside in the trailer park prior to Leanne stabbing her husband with a fork and was sent to jail. The Platter's dilapidated trailer was completely destroyed by a tornado in "Texas City Twister".
Season 7[]
In "Board Games", while Nancy was reporting the weather for Channel 84 she warned the folks at the trailer park about a tornado in "Texas City Twister". According to Nancy, the Shadey Pines Trailer Park community were so grateful that they continue to name dogs after her.
