Randall is a student at Arlen High School who attended a secret party under the bleachers during a homecoming football game. He only appears once in the Season 13 episode "The Boy Can't Help It".

Randall is a young Caucasian boy with a skinny build, pale skin, thick light-brown hair, and a chin beard. He wears a black T-shirt with the emblem of a gray alien's head on the front, a black beanie, green jeans that sag, and carries a pack of cigarettes on his right sleeve.

When Bethany, Decca and Terry visited the bleachers party, Randall and his friend walked up to them in an attempt to flirt. He complimented the women as being "10" each and therefore added up to "30", bragging about his basic math skills. When the women expressed confusion, Randall extended his hand and introduced himself. Seeing the interaction, Bobby intervened and angrily asked the two men what they wanted. Randall himself was confused, and Bobby asked them to leave the girls alone and even offered them the chance to beat him up. As he ate his lollipop, Randall's friend complimented Bobby's nobility, prompting him to agree and advise the girls to not overlook Bobby's sociable qualities and also complimented him as a "noble little dude... and stuff." Not being able to think of more complex vocabulary, Randall and his friend laughed and then left of their own accord.
