History[]
Season 2[]
After Cotton crashed into a parking meter, the policewoman noticed the accident and came to the scene, asking the elderly man to step out of his car and show her his driver's license. As she wrote a ticket, Cotton tried to flirt with her and slapped her buttocks, annoying her and prompting her to arrest him. After putting him into her squad car, the policewoman called his son Hank to pick him up, informing him that Cotton was driving with a forged license made from a cereal box. Nonetheless, believing that Cotton suffered from senile dementia, she declined to press charges against him due to leniency for a supposedly senile person. As Hank explained to the officer that Cotton merely had an attitude and did not suffer from dementia, Cotton played with the squad car's siren, grabbing their attention. She addressed Cotton as "General Mills" and told him that she would let him go if he promised to be good and also recognized Hank as his son. The policewoman politely asked him a second time if he recognized Hank, which he did.
