Pa is the co-owner of Ma and Pa General Store alongside his wife Ma. He only appears once in the Season 2 episode "Snow Job".

Pa, along with Ma, run Ma and Pa General Store. Pa, like Ma, is elderly and portrayed as generous. When he rings up Hank's items at the cash register, the total ends up being more than Hank has on his person. Hank states that he will be right back and go get the change, but Pa assures him that he is "not worried about a buck here or there", proclaiming he believes that people come before pennies. After Hank exits the general store, Ma appears from the backroom and has a heated argument with Pa over his overgenerous gesture.
