Chad Soto, also known as Officer Soto, is a police officer with the Arlen Police Department. His son is Mike Soto, a student at Tom Landry Middle School.
History
At one point he was a substitute teacher at Tom Landry Middle during his suspension from the police force. He appears in Bad Girls, Bad Girls, Whatcha Gonna Do as a judge of the science fair. When Tid Pao sees him, she flees, as she tricked Bobby into thinking her crystal meth maker was a candy machine. When Officer Soto sees the "candy" at Bobby's table, he is suspicious about it until Connie uses a potato launcher to destroy the experiment, preventing Officer Soto from finding out that the "candy" was drugs.
