Officer Brown is a police officer with the Arlen Police Department. He is voiced by Fred Willard.

In his season 8 appearance, he is working on street patrol driving his own cruiser. In the later seasons, he seems very depressed and was working out of the janitor's closet at Tom Landry Middle School.
