Norm Gladwell is the current manager of the Arlen Mega Lo Mart. He only appears in the Season 7 episode "Megalo Dale".

Gladwell is a middle-aged man with a slight build, short brown hair, and pale skin. He wears glasses, a blue manager vest with a "Norm" nametag, a white shirt, a black necktie, and gray pants.

Having a propane supply deal with Strickland Propane, Norm talked to Hank Hill for each resupply. As he opened the store one morning, he conversed with Hank and told him about the rat problem in his store. He asked Hank if he knew a good but discrete exterminator, and Hank denied knowing anyone. Later on, Hank returned to Norm to recommend Dale Gribble for hire. Later, Norm walked in the store as he informed Dale about the rat problem and how the rats ate various food merchandise and destroyed the security cameras' wires. When Dale's usual traps and devices did not work, Norm was trying to help an old woman from a blood pressure testing machine when Dale visited him. Dale stated that he needed to spend the night, but Norm responded that it would be against company policy. Dale proclaimed that he would get the job done in one night or Hank would be deemed a liar, so Norm hesitantly approved of his plan.
Unknown to Gladwell, the rat problem was actually Chuck Mangione, and later on it was revealed that two of his employees, Chris and Cory, were also responsible for rearranging items and prices in the store. After Dale solved the problem and disarmed the employees, Gladwell thanked him and Hank for their work, remarking that hiring another pest exterminator would have probably killed someone and resulted in a lawsuit.
