Mr. Holloway is a business owner and client of Strickland Propane. He is the husband of Mrs. Holloway and is voiced by Billy West. He only appears once in the Season 2 episode "The Company Man".

Appearance[]

Holloway is an older Caucasian man with a skinny build, pale skin, and short gray hair. He wears a large white cowboy hat, a tan cowboy jacket with fringes, a red and white dress shirt, blue jeans, and dark-brown cowboy boots.

History[]

Mr. Holloway is an obnoxious Bostonian who pictures Texans as stereotypical cowboys wearing ten-gallon hats and spurs. He and his wife, Mrs. Holloway, are the owners of Holloway Hollows, a new condominium development that is in need of a propane supplier.

Season 2[]

Buck instructed Hank to show the owner and his wife, Mr. Holloway and Mrs. Holloway, a good time to land the account. When Mr. Holloway and his wife flew in from Boston, Hank and Peggy picked them up at the Heimlich County Airport. As Hank attended to Mr. Holloway, Peggy striked up an easy friendship with his wife. Upon meeting Strickland rival M.F. Thatherton at a diner where he was meeting Hank, Holloway immediately became tempted to instead form a business partnership with him because he appeared to be more Texan. Hank eventually became fed up with Mr. Holloway's immature behavior as the latter became constantly preoccupied and distracted by frivolous things. Mr. Holloway made ridiculous requests to Hank, paying no attention to the issue at hand, while Hank, waxing philosophic about all things propane, attempted to cement the deal by bringing him to several places, such as Rhinestein's Cowboy and The Panhandler Steakhouse. Holloway would later show womanizing behavior when he was eager to go to the Jugstore Cowboys strip club and ogled a pole dancer's rear. Subsequently, because his client refused to talk about propane, Hank finally shunned him, so Holloway's partnership with Thatherton was sealed after the latter agreed to provide him with a stereotypical Texas fistfight.
