The unnamed minister or marriage officiant is a clergy member of Arlen First Methodist Church who officiated the wedding ceremony of Hank Rutherford Hill and Margaret "Peggy" J. Platter. The minister/marriage officiant is a non-speaking character who makes a single appearance in a flashback in the Season 13 episode "Serves Me Right for Giving General George S. Patton the Bathroom Key".

The minister/marriage officiant is an adult Caucasian man with average build, fair skin, and blond hair with baldness from crown to frontal region. He wears a white clergy pulpit robe and green stole running vertically down the front. He also wears a large Celtic-style gold cross necklace. His clergy apparel is of a similar style commonly worn by ministers of Arlen First Methodist Church, like Reverend Karen Stroup and Assistant Pastor Larry.

In "Hank's Cowboy Movie", the minister/marriage officiant is not seen in Hank and Peggy's wedding video. Hank and Peggy's wedding guests included, Leanne and Hoyt Platter, Nancy and Dale Gribble, Tilly and Cotton Hill, Bill Dauterive, and Boomhauer.
Season 13[]
In "Serves Me Right for Giving General George S. Patton the Bathroom Key", at the wedding of Hank and Peggy, Cotton Hill brags to their minister/marriage officiant that he killed fifty men as the minister looks speechless.
