When Hank Hill visited the Mega Lo Mart to buy some batteries, a couple of employees were not able to help him. Seeing the frustrated Hank, Mike informed him that he had just passed the batteries earlier, pointing out that they were located behind a nearby door. Like the employee Ron, he was wrong, and it turned out that the door was just another building exit.
