Meemaw is the grandmother of Jeff Boomhauer and Patch Boomhauer, and the matriarch of the Boomhauer Family. Like everyone in the Boomhauer Family, she talks similarly to Boomhauer.

Meemaw is an elderly Caucasian woman with a skinny build, pale skin, and short, curly white hair. Her teeth are gone, so she wears dentures in their place. She wears square glasses, a moss-green cardigan, a light green dress with a small bow on the collar, a diamond ring on her right hand, and blue slippers.

Season 6[]
In the episode "Dang Ol' Love", when Boomhauer decided that he was going to ask Marlene to marry him, he went to his grandmother's house to ask for her engagement ring so that he could give it to Marlene to carry on the family tradition. At home, Meemaw opened the door and was pleased to see her grandson, pinching his cheek affectionately. She spoke without her dentures, causing Boomhauer to ask what she was saying. Grabbing her dentures from a glass of water, she fit them in her mouth and encouraged her grandson to come inside because she had not seen in a very long time. Hearing Boomhauer ask for her ring, she expressed her joy and took off the ring, joking that she thought she was going to be buried with the ring. Giving it to Boomhauer, Meemaw extended her arms out and happily hugged her grandson.
Season 11[]
At a later time in the episode "Lucky's Wedding Suit", Meemaw attended Luanne and Lucky's wedding with her grandsons.
