He appears in the Season 2 episode Hank's Dirty Laundry. In this episode, he calls Hank offering mail order pornography after a porn tape is rented in his name at Arlen Video. After Hank firmly rejects the offer, Matt processes Hank's personal information, leading to Hank's mailbox being stuffed with numerous mail order pornography items.
Matt is never seen or mentioned in the series again after this episode.
