The Magistrate is a Mexican legal judge.
Appearance
Little is known about the magistrate, including his name. He appears in the Season 2 episode Three Days of the Kahndo. In this episode, he orders Hank, Dale, and Kahn to pay the condo manager 10,000 pesos in damages after they illegally stayed in the upstairs portion of the condo.
He is never seen or mentioned in the series again.
