Ma is a business owner who along with Pa runs the Ma and Pa General Store. She only appears once in the Season 2 episode "Snow Job".

Ma is an elderly Caucasian woman with a skinny build, pale skin, and short white hair. She wears a green dress with a blue floral pattern.

When Pa rings up Hank's items at the cash register, the total ends up being more than Hank has on his person. Pa then generously tells Hank that he is not worried about a buck here or a buck there, and that people should come before pennies. After Hank exits the store, Ma pops in from the backroom and chastises him for his overgenerous gesture, claiming that he is called Pa because he is "Pa"-thetic. In response, Pa retorts that she is called Ma because she is "always riding ma [his] ass."
