Lynne Thigpen

Lynne Thigpen (December 22, 1948 - March 12, 2003) was an American actress best known for her roles as "The Chief" in the PBS educational game shows Where in the World Is Carmen Sandiego? and Where in Time Is Carmen Sandiego?, and as police clerk/computer expert Ella Farmer on The District.

She voiced the Small Claims Judge in "Hank's Dirty Laundry".
