Layaway Ray's Bait N' Tackle was a bait shop owned by Ray Holiday located in Arlen, Texas. The store was deliberately set on fire with the intention of defrauding an insurance company. The bait and tackle shop only appears in the Season 2 episode "Jumpin' Crack Bass (It's a Gas, Gas, Gas)".

History[]

Season 2[]

In "Jumpin' Crack Bass (It's a Gas, Gas, Gas)", the bait shop is revealed almost completely out of supplies and going out of business after being unable to compete with the local Mega Lo Mart. Before it went under, Hank was a frequent customer who shopped there whenever he needed new fishing rods and fishing reels. Ray burns down the shop in an insurance fraud attempt, but is caught and later seen at Arlen County Court for sentencing in a case called, "Fidelity Mutual Insurance Vs. Layaway Ray's Bait Shop".

In "Propane Boom", Ray is seen working at the Mega Lo Mart, the company that caused his small business to go under.
