Kahn's grandmother (Lao: ແມ່ຕູ້) is the elderly mother or mother-in-law to either Kahn's father or Laoma Souphanousinphone, she is the grandmother to her grandsons Kahn Souphanousinphone, his two unnamed brothers, and Trang, she is the great-grandmother to Connie, Tid Pao, and Kahn's nephew. She is the grandmother-in-law to Minh Souphanousinphone. She is only mentioned once and alive in the Season 8 episode "New Cowboy on the Block".

In "New Cowboy on the Block", Kahn's grandmother sent him a birthday check, however it is not in his mailbox. Kahn accuses Hank, Bill, Dale, and Boomhauer of taking it. Hank retorts, "why would we steal your check?" Kahn responds how should he know and that maybe his wife needs new pitchfork.
