Jugstore Cowboys is a strip club in Arlen, Texas, that is owned and managed by Keith. The strip club is frequented by Buck Strickland and Mr. Holloway. Jugstore Cowboys debuted in the Season 2 episode "The Company Man" and was prominently featured in the Season 10 episode "24 Hour Propane People".

In "The Company Man", Mr. Holloway tells Hank that he and M.F. Thatherton are headed out to a strip club, but Hank intercedes, insisting that if anyone is taking Holloway to a "gentleman's club", it will be him. Hank takes his guest to Jugstore Cowboys. Strickland's business rival M.F. Thatherton basically sealed a business deal with Holloway after taking him to the club.

In "Take Me Out of the Ball Game", the softball teams that Strickland Propane complete against are: 1. Mega Lo Mart, 2. Luly's, 3. H. Dumpty's, 4. Jugstore Cowboys, 5. Arlen Fire Department, 6. Fort Blanda Army Base, 7. Thatherton Fuels.
Season 10[]
In "24 Hour Propane People", when Buck gets banned from Jugstore Cowboys for his rude behavior, he refocuses on making Strickland Propane a "fun" place to work, inspired by a gimmicky ice cream parlor, Frozen Cow Creamery. At the end of the episode, Hank arranges a reconciliation between Buck Strickland and the owner of the strip club, causing Buck to be welcomed back to Jugstore Cowboys.
