Jose is an employee supervisor at the Arlen Mega Lo Mart.
Appearance[]
Jose is an adult Hispanic man with a skinny build, tan skin, thin hairs on his upper lip, and black hair styled into a ponytail. He is seen wearing a periwinkle, short-sleeved T-shirt and a red employee vest with a "Jose" name tag.

Season 2[]
In "Propane Boom", Jose supervised Hank Hill, Mark McJimsey, and Ray Holiday when the three men became Mega Lo Mart employees after being laid off from their jobs due to Mega Lo Mart putting their companies out of business. When the men conversed with each other, Jose saw them and ordered them to get back to work and ordered Holiday to put on his trainee tag. In response, the three men took off their trainee tags and claimed that they would no longer put up with the work. Glaring at them, Jose threatened that he could just fire them and pointed to his name tag, so the men became silent and put on their trainee tags.
Season 3[]
In "Death of a Propane Salesman", Buckley was killed in an explosion at the Mega Lo Mart caused by his own lack of safety precautions for propane tanks. At his funeral, Jose was seen putting a bouquet of flowers on his grave. Much later in "Take Me Out of the Ball Game", Jose with fellow Mega Lo Mart teammates Chuck Mangione, Cindi, and Mark McJimsey played a game of baseball against Strickland Propane's team. Thanks to Peggy Hill's softball pitching skills, she easily struck out his team, winning the game 3-0 for Strickland Propane.
