Joan is a one time character and Hospitality Coordinator. Shortly after Hank and Peggy's arrival at the Dallas Grand Plaza, Joan cheerfully introduces herself to Peggy, whom Joan bestows upon a complimentary tournament tote bag,a schedule of events and a Bobble lei. She then goes on to tell Hank that they have tons of activities to keep him occupied while Peggy plays Boggle, offering Hank right there on the spot the opportunity to "make a wallet."
