Hal Dumpty is the owner of H. Dumpty's, a clothing store for plus-sized children. He is voiced by Stephen Root.

Hal appears in the season 2 episode Husky Bobby after noticing Bobby modeling his clothes. To Hank's disgust, he pays Bobby to model his clothes in a newspaper advertisement.
Hal does not appear in the remainder of the series.
