"Glen Peggy Glen Ross" is the two hundred-seventh episode of King of the Hill. It first aired on April 22, 2007. The episode was written by Jim Dauterive and directed by Tony Kluck.
Summary[]
Peggy gets fired from The Arlen Bystander, and decides to go into real estate. Meanwhile, Hank gets a set of golf clubs that were used as a murder weapon, and Connie shadows Peggy's career change to avoid being sent to work on a squid boat.
Plot[]
Connie's parents want her to have an interesting job on her private school resume, so they attempt to have her work on Kahn's cousin Trang's squid boat. Reluctant to do so, Connie convinces her parents that she should instead shadow a journalist, like Nancy Hicks-Gribble or Peggy Hill (even though Minh and Kahn think Nancy is a pumpkin-headed Q-tip and Peggy is a dim-witted sea cow).
Attempting to impress Connie, Peggy writes a hatchet piece on one of the Arlen Bystander's biggest advertisers, Chris Sizemore. As a result, she loses her job at the Arlen Bystander. Chris then offers Peggy a new job as a realtor at Sizemore Realty, because he likes her "Moxie."
Meanwhile, after Dale buys a set of titanium golf clubs possibly used as murder weapons at a police auction, he gives the clubs to Hank, who is reluctant to use them until he visits the local prison and gets confirmation that they weren't murder weapons, though the end where Hank finds a ski mask says otherwise.

- The episode title is a play on the real estate drama film Glengarry Glen Ross.
- Wesley Martin Archer, along with Jennette, both last seen in the Season 3 episode "Death and Texas", make a short cameo in this episode when Hank visits the prison. He is seen in the visitor's booth talking to Jennette, the woman who tricked Peggy into smuggling the drugs to Wes inside prison.
