Fred Willard (September 18, 1933 – May 15, 2020) was an American actor known for voicing Baruti in The Legend of Tarzan, the Rob Reiner mockumentary film This Is Spinal Tap; the Christopher Guest mockumentary films Waiting for Guffman, Best in Show, A Mighty Wind, For Your Consideration, and Mascots; and the Anchorman films. He also appeared as Hank MacDougall in sitcom Everybody Loves Raymond.
He voiced several several characters in the King of the Hill series, to include Chairman Geiger in Season 6 episode "Lupe's Revenge; Officer Brown in several episodes Season 8 and Season 12; and Ranger Bradley and Reclining Hippie in the Season 8 episode "Phish and Wildlife".
