Ma and Pa General Store is a general store which appears only in the Season 2 episode "Snow Job".
When Hank has a falling-out with Buck over how he's running Strickland Propane, Hank tells Buck that he's taking a personal day, and spends a couple days up at the lake to figure out what he was meant to do with his life.
As Hank is second-guessing his career and life choices, he along with Peggy and Bobby, go shopping at a Ma and Pa General Store for supplies, while staying at a remote cabin in the wilderness.
While in the general store, Hank, notices a bag of charcoal and contemplates what to do. After a thoughtful moment, Hank, to the surprise of Peggy, picks up the bag of charcoal and asks her if she ever wondered what it was like to barbecue with charcoal.
After checking out at the register, and receiving friendly customer service, Hank becomes inspired to open up a general store of his own, coming to the realization that "service with a smile." and "making people happy." is what he's meant to do.
