Not to be confused with Carl or Carl Moss. Carl is a former janitor at Stik-Tek. He only appears once in the Season 5 episode "The Exterminator".

Carl is an elderly man with a medium build, pale skin, and short gray hair. He wears square glasses and a dark-green boilersuit with yellow rubber gloves.

When Stik-Tek began laying off employees, Carl's boss, Amy Pitman, had Dale carry out the subsequent firings at their Arlen office. One day, Carl was summoned to Dale's office so that he could be fired. Listening to Dale, he was asked what he would do with unlimited free time and no income. Before he could answer, Nancy and Joseph entered the office to ask for the cockroaches in Dale's desk for Joseph's science project. Carl then remained silent as Dale mentioned the janitor's severance check being in his desk. He was also baffled that Dale argued with his wife and son that he did not want to be interrupted while trying to "compassionately" fire him.
