Rodriguez is an adult Latino man with a medium build, tan skin, short black hair, and a thick mustache. He wears a dark-brown suit, a light-gray dress shirt, and a dark-blue necktie.

When Dale Gribble began being employed at Stik-Tek, Rodriguez and two other employees invited him to join their carpool arrangement. On some mornings, he was allowed to sit in the front passenger seat, much to Dale's annoyance. He gossiped with the carpool riders about other employees, with Frank and Linda coming to mind to him one morning. On the day that Dale became Assistant Vice President of Human Resources, Rodriguez had the carpool stop at a store because he had to get a comb. To his discomfort, Dale began using his position of firing employees to intimidate him into giving up the front passenger seat for fear of being laid off.
