History[]
Season 11[]
When Nancy began suffering from hair loss, she visited Dr. Stephens at his cosmetic dermatology clinic to confirm her condition. Greeting her in the examination room, he commented on her thin lips and asked her if she wanted to inject some of her buttocks fat into her lips. Although she agreed, Nancy told him that she first wanted him to examine her hair because of her worry about losing it. Remarking that hair loss was tough, Stephens tested her scalp by plucking some hair, but he was surprised that she felt no pain. He elaborated that female hair loss was difficult to determine as well as difficult to cure. As he washed his hands, Stephens told Nancy that she could combat it by using shampoos on the market with skeptical claims. He added that if the shampoos did not work, then she needed to prepare herself for losing her hair over six months. Pointing to a hair loss chart, he explained that she was at Type I but would be at Type V in due time, shocking her. As she expressed her disbelief, Stephens plucked some more hair from her head, asserting that she was definitely losing her hair.
