David Herman (born February 20, 1967) is an American actor, voice actor and comedian. He was an original cast member on MADtv and played Michael Bolton in Office Space. He is known for his voice-work on the shows Bob's Burgers as Mr. Frond, Futurama, and OK K.O.! Let's Be Heroes. On King of the Hill, he voices Buckley, Jimmy Wichard, Bug Gribble, and Gilbert Dauterive.
