David Herman (born February 20, 1967) is an American actor and comedian. He was an original cast member on MADtv from 1995 to 1997 and played Michael Bolton in Office Space. He has done voice-over work on such animated shows as Bob's Burgers, Brickleberry, Paradise PD, Futurama, OK K.O.! Let's Be Heroes, Disenchantment, and Father of the Pride.
On King of the Hill, Herman voices Luanne Platter's clueless Mega Lo Mart clerk boyfriend, Buckley; angry, mentally deficient local man, Jimmy Wichard; Dale's closeted homosexual father, Bug Gribble; Bill's Tennessee Williams-esque brother, Gilbert Dauterive; the nerdy patent lawyer, Eustace Miller and others.
