The clerk works at Arlen Video. Very little is known about the clerk, including his name. He appears in the Season 2 episode "Hank's Dirty Laundry".

Hank is denied credit at the Mega Lo Mart due to a late fee from Arlen Video. Hank tells the clerk he did not rent the video and the fee needs to be removed. The clerk is unable to remove the fee until the fine is paid or video is returned, leading Hank to boycott the store and eventually take them to small claims court. The clerk appears in court on behalf of the store, which ultimately leads Hank to proving he couldn't have rented the tape due to it not having been released yet.
The clerk is never seen or mentioned in the series again.
