In the episode "Après Hank, le Deluge", when Bill is finished with his position as the well liked shelter leader, he's approached by C.J. who like the rest of the people at the shelter, greatly admire him. C.J. then, after being coaxed by his mother, asks Bill if he'll speak at his scout troop.
