Arlen Beauty Academy is a cosmetology beauty school in Arlen that Luanne Platter once attended when she aspired to be a hair stylist, only to drop out and later enroll at Arlen Community College in "Wings of the Dope." Miss Kremzer is the Dean and instructor of the academy. Tuition rates per trimester is $300, failure of payment will result in a suspension until payment is received.

Season 1[]
In Season 1 "Pilot", Luanne tells Hank that the wig she styled for the Beauty Academy is ruined. In "Hank's Got the Willies", Luanne tells Peggy that if she breaks another nail, she will fail her Manicure final and that she is failing Braidwork. Luanne uses the braiding machine to make a braid out of ropes, but accidently ties her hands together in the process, she calls out to Miss Kremzer for help. In "Westie Side Story", Luanne mentions the school taught them “that people aren’t black, or white, or yellow, or red, but their hair can be. In "Plastic White Female", Luanne is unable to answer Miss Kremzer's question regarding a hair chemically relaxed issue at the Casa Linda Salon in Las Cruces. Bobby helps quiz Luanne on manicure questions from the Advanced Hairstyling History textbook as she is practicing highlighting Connie's hair. In class, students receive a practice head and must demonstrate a year's worth of theory on the hairstyling model head to pass the exam.
Season 2[]
In Season 2 episode "Hank's Dirty Laundry", Luanne gives Bobby a free haircut since it is his birthday, however he must pay for the shampoo service. In "Leanne's Saga", Arlen Beauty Academy hosts a Mother-Daughter Night. In "Propane Boom", Miss Kremzer reminds her stylists that "a bad haircut can cost your client their job and even get them beat up" so they practice hair styling on senior citizens. Miss Kremzer informs Luanne that she has not received tuition payment for the trimester. Luanne reveals to Buckley that tuition for the trimester is $300.
Season 3[]
In Season 3 episode "To Spank, with Love", Luanne announced she won "Best French Manicure" at the family dinner, however she reveals it was actually Sharona Johnson. In "The Wedding of Bobby Hill", Luanne gives a customer a free haircut during a day where a "Free Haircuts/Coffee" banner is displayed on the school. In Wings of the Dope, Luanne pays the $300 tuition in cash (for her next semester) to Miss Kremzer. She has her makeup and hair dyeing exam in the morning. Luanne arrives to take the hair coloring exam along with Kim, Jill, Sharona Johnson, Amy, and Maria. Luanne receives a tuition refund from Miss Kremzer and enrolls in community college.
