Amy Adams (born August 20, 1974) is an American actress. Known for both her comedic and dramatic roles, she has been featured three times in annual rankings of the world's highest-paid actresses. She has received various accolades, including two Golden Globe Awards, and has been nominated for six Academy Awards, seven British Academy Film Awards, and two Primetime Emmy Awards. She is most noted for her performances in Junebug (2005), Enchanted (2007), Doubt (2008), The Fighter (2010), The Master (2012), American Hustle (2013), Big Eyes (2014), Arrival and Nocturnal Animals (both 2016).
Adams guest starred and voiced an unnamed teacher in the Season 8 episode "Cheer Factor" as well as Dawn Thistle and the multi-subject teacher in the episode "Stressed for Success".
