Kahn and Minh go to Hawaii for Kahn's job and asks Hank to take care of Connie, who's excited that she'll be staying with Bobby, but becomes emotional and mean when she gets her first period, before school, where she tells Hank on a notepad.  Meanwhile, after a talk with Joseph Bobby fears Connie hates him, even when Peggy tells him what a period is.

Episode

The episode starts with the guys thinking if they throw a bottle of beer out, they'll still be able to use the same bottle because Dale says "The trash lady can only hold 1,000 things".  Then Khan and his wife start complaining because they have no babysitter for Connie, but his wife eventually finds the Hills suitable.  Bobby is also looking for his only mature pajamas, because he knows Connie is coming over.  He has trouble finding some at first, but he eventually finds Ninja Turtles shirts after a moment of embarrassing PJ's.  Everything is fine in the Hill house, until Connie gets tired of his "real" good manners.  Then one morning, Connie stays in the bathroom for a while, and Peggy, not wanting to be late because "A subsitute can't have a subsitute" leaves and tells Hank to watch Connie.  Hank is stunned when Connie gives him  a note that says "Mr. Hill, I've gotten my period" before she runs off to school because she is late.  Afterschool, an unamused Hank takes rude Connie to an ile called "Aisle 8" and embarrisingly has to come and help her out because her mother never showed her what she's supposed to wear.  Bobby and Connie's relationship struggles when she tells him "to think" because he wanted to give her cake.  After Connie refuses to play soccer with him the next afternoon and wants to watch TV, Bobby gets angry of her rudeness and yells, "Fine! If you don't want to play, that's just fine because I'm young and playful so you can sit on the couch all you want"!  When Connie goes home that afternoon, all she is doing is watching sad dolphin stories on TV, crying because she isn't a girl anymore, and because all she is is rude.  She explains this to her mother, who actually understands her and she tries to comfort her but Connie explains what a nice boy Bobby is, and how rude she was to him.  Meanwhile Kahn feels as if Connie is rude when she yells at him.
