Pete is a young Caucasian boy with a skinny build, pale skin, short, upright, curly orange hair, buck teeth, and pimples across his face. He wears thick-framed glasses, an untucked, lime-green long-sleeved shirt, dark-tan pants, and black sneakers.

Season 6[]
In "I'm with Cupid", on the Valentine's Day flower sale at school, female students were encouraged to put flowers onto the male students whom they liked. When Bobby Hill arrived at school, he noted that Acne Pete, who was perceived as a nerd by others, had a flower donned on him, indicating better luck for Bobby.
Season 13[]
In "The Boy Can't Help It", Pete planned on asking out Kerry Harris to go with him to the school's upcoming prom night. As he walked up to Harris and attempted to ask her out, Bobby cut him off and desperately asked Harris to go out with him, causing Pete to walk away in disappointment. Unknown to him, Harris had turned down Bobby seconds later.
